This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the “Personal Data” we collect about you, how we use and share it, your rights, and how you can contact us with questions about our privacy practices

gaelfromantin.com hereinafter referred to as “the Site” or “Site”, refers to the website created by Gaël Fromantin (see contact details below).

Gaël Fromantin”“we”“us”, or “our” means the sole proprietorship registered in the name of Gaël Fromantin responsible for the collection and use of personal data under this Privacy Policy.

2.2 Categories of Personal Data collected

When you make a purchase on our site and when you send us an e-mail, we collect the following personal data:

                        I.         Your identification data and contact details: your surname, your first name, your postal address (in the case of the purchase of one or more physical products (album or accessory), your location (country), your e-mail address, (as part of an order and/or when you contact us) and possibly your telephone number.

                      II.         Data concerning your payments: bank card number, expiry date of the bank card, visual cryptogram. The Site does not collect any data relating to the payment methods you use. This information is processed only by our payment service provider: Stripe Payments Europe Limited (EU) whose privacy policy is accessible via the link below, stripe.com/fr/privacy

                    III.         Information about your purchases, your orders, your returns: transaction number, purchase details, purchase amount, invoice payment data (payments, unpaid bills, discounts), product returns and purchase history.

3. Use of Personal Data

All the Personal Data that we collect from you is necessary for the management of your order, your payment and your delivery, as described in the European Data Protection Regulation. (See article 6.1.a, article 6.1.b, article 6.1.a).

This data may also be transmitted to companies responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment (service provider for the delivery and payment of purchases).

We use the email address you provide to send you information and updates related to your order and its tracking. The contractual information will be confirmed by e-mail at the latest at the time of payment.

The information, kept under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. Archiving of purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as proof.

4. Confidentiality of online commerce

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. Your personal information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to another company for any reason, without your consent, other than as necessary to fulfill a request and/or transaction, such as to place or ship an order.

We do not sell, trade or transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties. The data necessary for the management of your order and for invoicing are kept for a period of one year and ten (10) years for accounting obligations.

o   Right to portability (Article 20): this right offers you the possibility of receiving your data on request in an open format that can be read by a computer system, thus allowing them to be easily transmitted from one database to another.

o   Right of opposition (Article 21): this right allows you to object to an organization using some of your data, in particular when it appears in a non-mandatory file;

10. Tracking of navigation on the site exclusively

The tracking of navigation allows us to know how you visited the site, your path through the various pages. There is no deposit of cookies. The site was configured in accordance with the directives of the CNIL (French DPA : French data protection authority) to respect the requirements GPDR. The software used “Matomo Analytics” is among the list of those recommended by the French DPA. The route you have taken is therefore anonymous and is stored in the database of this site. These anonymous data are not accessible outside this site and are use for statistics only.

You may choose to prevent this website from aggregating and analyzing the actions you take here. Doing so will protect your privacy, but will also prevent the owner from learning from your actions and creating a better experience for you and other users.
